This document is my response to our recently appointed coordinator in India, Darshana Mallick who works for a company that offered their services in the webmaster and software development field. After several emails and videos discussion meetings I agreed with their proposal to monetise our on line activities in India.

The CPN Blockchain is a way to maintain scientific and financial credibilty globally and this is why I have allocated a block to you personally as this time stamps all my IP and copyrights to be shared with you from the date that you suggested the plan of work and I agreed.

The following is the history of how I arrived at the relationship that I have with the corrosion control community.



Cathodic Protection Network Three Day Seminar and two days of Master Classes


  • The main GOAL at present is the 5 day event and Master Class because this changes everything in the corrosion control industry. This event is at the highest level for CEOs of multinationals and financial controllers of government budgets. Have a look at this link and imagine the costs and profits at the same level as any conference that changes the foreign policies of major governments.

    However it is unlikely that we can arrange this for many months so we must have TARGETS within our overall plan of actions



  • Module 01 of the on-line correspondence course is designed to teach students the science of corrosion studies and how instruments measure electrical energy. This differs from the way that electricians understand, and requires the physical models that I have developed over the years.

    The whole course is at MSc/PhD level and might take students 18 months to 2 years to complete.

    Module 01 is ready to go.



  • We need to manufacture hundreds of general purpose Alexander Cells and CPN field survey kits to be available as soon as students understand Module 01.

    The Alexander Cells might be manufactured by 3D printing in house in the case of the UK Business model, or in the case of India and China mass produced by existing manufacturers of CP products.

    We have many innovations to market on the back of Module 01 and the master classes.



  • The Dynamic Software Development Project results from the fact that the Alexander Cell provides a unique definitive criterion for the achievement of cathodic protection.

    This makes it possible to use the power of the computer to calculate the exact location where corrosion is taking place on any pipeline or facility, based on the data and information acquired by our trained survey teams.



  • In order to structure an organisation to achieve corrosion control of networks of pipelines and facilities it is necessary to coordinate the activities into one building with grounds available for the practice of all the procedures and techniques on replica pipelines that I designed and constructed at Guararema, SP State, Brazil and that gained approval of Petrobras at the time when they were the third largest company in the world.





    Working alone I have achieved the status you now see and the following will help you to understand size and structure needed to control corrosion at a global level.
