Subject. The UK can be part of an international network of professionals practicing the science of corrosion control of the global network of pipelines that transport the worlds energy and water supplies.
I understand the geopolitical-financial position of the UK government because I daily analyse the corrosion data relating to thousands of miles of the millions of miles of pipelines that are delivering oil. gas and water from source to end user
I have structured the Cathodic Protection Network Blockchain so that it is free from the constraints of man-made rules and is governed and controlled by the universal laws of science and technology.

As you will see by this link we have followers in 92 countries. You will also see that I have been able to write and link pages for many of our Coordinators who are now connecting our scientists, experts and specialists into the structure that can deliver corrosion control engineering to many countries.
You will also note that we have made no progress in the UK despite my efforts that are shown in the link buttons on that page.

However we are very successful in Brazil, Mexico, Collombia, Russia, China, Vietnam, Algeria, Egypt, France, Ghana, India, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Malaysia, Moldova, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sudan, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela and Yemen in which countries we have active coordinators who are making progress.
The Action Plan as described in the following link is a business plan and project that is being structured by owners of blocks in the CPN Blockchain and I would suggest that the UK Government would benefit by the ownership of a block by an MP. We are only allowing ownership of one block per person and one person per organisation inorder to maintain the scientific and technical credibility of the service that we are offering.

There are many empty head office facilities in Bracknell, the owners of which are not making any profit except by the imaginary increase in value of their commercial property. This is part of the financial crisis that is facing our country at present and has been addressed by money printing called Quantitative Easing.
The government has addressed the problem of the 'Can't pay won't pay' movement by giving money to those who can't pay so the companies that are delivering the energy, water and food continue to get their cash flow that comes from the government.
My suggestion is that we hold the Master Class in Bracknell and use one of the empty head offices to run the global network I have created at a profit for the UK.
This would benefit the whole world and correct many myths that presently plague industry in the following way.
Pipelines are not disruptive but are the safest and most efficient way to transport liquids saving millions of pounds a day compare to transport by rail or road.
Protestors travel by transport fueled by liquids that get to their cars and buses through pipelines.
Corrosion causes more pipeline failures than war or terrorism.
Pipelines do not pollute the atmosphere like trains and trucks.
Pipeline wayleaves are reinstated but motorways and railways are not.
Pipeline routes do not interrupt natural, animal migratory and human nomadic routes.
Pipelines do not pollute when they do not leak.
Cathodic Protection Network has training packages from the highest academic level to the most basic skills required on site.
Cathodic Protection Network has copyright priority date/time-stamps on over 38,000 pages of information and data. We also have priority dates on a number of international patents and software programs.
In short Cathodic Protection Network Blockchain can benefit the United Kingdom Economy and provide jobs and cashlfow for the residents of Bracknell
