We need to compile a list of resources available to MEMBERS of CPN.

This list will be in the form of links and will hel members in their work.

This will include all of my IP and that of others who car to contribute to the open source information they want to publish in their own name.

Publishing will enhance each members reputation and can be included on their CV.

We will have a consultants list through which experienced members can charge for their time answering specific questions and helping resolve specific problems.

We will have a list of professional scientists and their specific field of studies.

We will have a list of experience field engineers and they can contribute to a library of abstracts of their specific case studies. This will enable cooperation.

We will have a list of universities, professors at these universities and students of corrosion studies.

We can use existing free internet information relating to electrochemistry and corrosion.

We will encourage over 30,000 members of organisations who are engaged in corrosion control to follow our activity and then to become paid up members who gain financial reward for their input.

We will jointly study all recommended practices that have proved impractical or corrosion failures have occurred in spite of approved methodology.

We will use the internet as an ocean of knowledge form which we draw and into which we contribute. This is made possible by HTML and I have learnt to make thes web pages that can be read by any computer or related device.

Any information that is put into the ocean is immediately available to every connected computer. This information comes from millions of sources and the paths through which the information passes form a matrix of massive proportions. The whole thing is three dimensional and cannot be controlled from any point of number of points.

Step 1 I broadcast my knowledge onto the internet for the scrutiny and approval of everyone without editors or publishers. I have supplied evidence to support my theories so that they can be taken into practice by the people whose cash flow passes through the pipelines that are presently leaking.

Step 2 is to make our suggestion the only alternative to the established system.

We have to produce data that shows clearly that the present system is failing in terms of profit for investors. We can do that by gathering all reports of pipeline failures and corrosion related incidents globally. We must do this from a local level upwards through to the actual official reports. This gathering of information must be on a global scale as explained in my paper ....
