Cathodic Protection Network legal matters

Lawyer

A lawyer is required in the UK to liaise with lawyers in South Africa, Brazil, Nigeria, New Zealand, Germany and Iran.

Each lawyer must work on the principle that CPN has no money and is not a legal body but a network of individuals who are only investing their own time and talents in an effort to gain reward for themselves.

Any financial arrangements between these parties must be arranged in the normal way.

The intent is to allow each party to sell their services without needing money in the first place.

The value of each service to be agreed by contract before the service is rendered and to be accounted for in the equity of the group effort of that particular activity.

The lawyers will be given free access to the documents relating to past activities of Roger Alexander (me) and can extract and use any information that will allow them to make money for themselves by litigation or prosecution.

There are possibilities of damage claims against the National Physical Laboratory of the UK, the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and a number of international companies and organisations who have knwingly miss-sold their services resulting in pipeline leaks.

Private individuals who have suffered through pipeline leaks can be supported in their claims against the pipeline operators who publicly claim that they are engaging all known methods to ensure safety.

There is scope for action relating to corruption of science by academic individuals who knowingly issued the wrong advice in matters concenring the control of corrosion.
