Another glass flower vase has water added in different proportions to show another possible corrosion cell.



It can be seen that if a little water is added to the highest level, water will flow through the small connecting tube to the adjoining upright tube.

It will not flow to the other upright tube until the second is filled to the level of the connecting tubes.



This can be likened to corrosion current flowing and it can be seen that corrosion is taking place between two of the coating faults but not to the third.
